A workspace. Tabs multiply across a browser. A checklist fills in, one line at a time.
Montage of:
- Three Google certifications, earned back to back: Project Management Professional, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, and Foundations of Project Management.
- A CMS tour: WordPress, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, Sprinklr. She learns the new ones without being told to.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Clipchamp. Basic HTML and CSS holding it all together.
- Asana boards, Slack threads, the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, running in parallel.
End montage.
Headphones on. Red light on. Episodes live on Morningstar's Investing Insights.
A podcast no one outside the building has heard. Created, hosted, produced, and edited by one person.
Super: "Role" — Creator, Host, Producer & Editor. Built and ran the series end-to-end, from concept through recording and edit.
Super: "Concept" — An internal, judgment-free Q&A series built to give employees a low-stakes space to ask the questions they'd hesitate to raise in a meeting, from process quirks to industry jargon, hosted in a casual, conversational format.
Super: "Format" — Recorded and distributed internally at a global research and investment platform, with recurring episodes addressing cross-functional topics and questions submitted by employees.
Super: "Impact" — Became a recurring, well-received touchpoint that encouraged curiosity and psychological safety across teams.
Full episodes remain behind the building's walls, but I'm happy to walk through specific examples in an interview.

DR. STEPHANIE LAMBERT, academic mentor, reviews the record.
Kumi was part of the winning team in the LSE Department of Management's Consulting Competition 2022 — presenting to a panel that included a Chief Innovation Officer and a Senior Product Manager at Amazon. The panel was impressed with the smooth delivery of Kumi's presentation, which identified novel ideas and strategies to address the strategic problem.
Kumi was commended on her exceptional teamwork, critical thinking under time pressure, and a confident, professional voice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kumi.
